tiebreaker!

Looking forward to expanding!!!

"Technically" we're due June 1st, but I'm assuming we won't go into OverTime, so we'll probably have a May Baby!!
Richard is dead set on wanting a boy, I think it would be fun to have another girl but really am totally fine with anything as long as it's healthy! Kinzie wants it to be a girl, and might I add that she is ECSTATIC!! She's already taken to hugging and kissing my belly at night when she comes in to hug and kiss Cayden and I. "Telling the new baby good-night" as she puts it! And Cayden, well he's not exactly too sure what's going on, but when I ask him, "where's mommy's baby?", he lifts up my shirt and touches, pokes, or points to my belly.  :)
We are one big happy family...about to get just a little bit bigger!!

Hill Air Force Base

On September 19-20th, we headed to Roy, UT for Richard's 10 year class reunion. Friday night we went to the park for treats and the mix-n-mingle, then to the football game! Saturday we went to the Hill Aerospace Museum with his sister Amber! Both kids love airplanes, so I thought it would be fun for them to see real ones up close and personal:)

My name (Stewart) made it on the building ;)

We got to actually go inside of this one and see the cockpit and the seats where the passengers sat!

Most of them had ladders that you could go up and look down into the plane...and Kinzie talked Amber into taking her up to see almost all of them! Such a good Aunt!

Cool. It would have been cool to see this one flying in the sky!

Ever heard of the Wright Brothers? They were credited with inventing and building the first successful airplane! Here's a model of it!
Just another angle.

Capturing the Moments!

Over the last few months, I've taken some random pictures that I thought I should post just for memory's sake! Sometimes, it's the small, everyday moments that get overlooked and forgotten! And most of these are the result of Kinzie and Cayden doing something cute/fun and Kinzie saying "mommy, look at us, you should take our picture!"

Playing outside on a rainy day. They each had ahold of one end of the jump rope and kinzie led him all around, as both were singing and babbling all the while!

Cayden went through a bad phase of biting. He even managed to bite her cheek and left a nasty mark. poor girl.

blonde hair, blue eyes, and healthy....what more could I ask for?!?!?!

When at Costco, they like to ride in style!! On this particular day, Kinzie decided it was more fun to help dad push than to ride!

End of Summer Barbecue at Grandma Sheri's! It was just a bit cold outside:)

I love seeing them laugh together! melts my heart ;)

She loves to "hold his hand and help him down the stairs!"

Walked into her room after bath time to find them both sitting on her bed reading books!

Sometimes, when we are determined to BBQ for dinner, we don't even let the rain stop us or get in our way!

Wearing Grandma's glasses:)
Sure do love my family! And I'm so grateful for the "little moments" in life that make life worth living for!

Dance

On September 10th, Kinzie started her first year of dance lessons! This year she is taking a Tiny Tots Jazz & Tap class at Rhythm 'n' Sole Dance Studio! There are 8 girls in her class and she seems to be enjoying it!

Sure love my little dancer!

Pre-school Co-op

On September 8th, Kinzie had her First Day of Pre-school!! She was so excited and couldn't wait for this day to finally get here!

We are doing a co-op with 5 other moms! We each take a week at a time teaching these cute munchkins! We are currently 5 weeks into it and it seems to be going well! Kinzie loves every day of it and loves her "teachers" and her new friends!

Not the best group photo...but we have Allie, Brayden, Emberlee, Kutter, Kinzie, and Miles!

E.I.S.F.

On August 30th we went to yet another parade! This time in Blackfoot! It was the kick-off parade for Fair Week! (Eastern Idaho State Fair)
After the parade, we headed to the fair!! We look forward to coming every year!
The kids loved 4 things there:
1: The Scone Nuggets!
2: The tractors! Cayden was so upset when we pulled him away from them...he could have easily spent hours on them!

3: The kids area! They had games, puzzles, a big corn box (like a sand box, only it was dried corn kernels instead of sand), Mother Goose, and got to dig for potatoes in a crate full of soil:)
4: The animals!
Kinzie was much braver this year and loved to have the animals eat out of her hand! Cayden loves animals! He surprised me with how close he would get to them to pet and interact with them! He couldn't get enough of it!

My favorite was (and always is...I'm addicted) the mini donuts! They are so heavenly and delicious and practically melt in your mouth! Wish I had some right now....
Richard tried the Doughnut Burger (I don't remember the actual name of it) this year and really liked it.
I also always look forward to seeing how many of my former students I'll run into! I always see a handful...it's so fun! Although, it's getting harder to recognize them because they're getting so mature and grown up :(  The students I taught my first year in 2nd grade are now 8th graders...so crazy.

See ya later Fair....until next year that is!

Hair Cut

On August 15th, I went in to get my hair cut "just shoulder length" and came out with a short A-line cut! My hair was so long that the lady said that I could donate it and it would still be about shoulder length. I had never donated my hair before and decided 1. there's a first time for everything, and 2. I was ready for a change! She braided it, she cut it...I flipped my head around to look at the back of it in the mirror...and it was definitely not shoulder length ;)
But after the shock wore off, I kinda liked it!

Chubbuck Days

On August 9, 2014, we went to the Chubbuck Days Parade for the first time! And it was a great one!!! There was a ton of candy thrown, as well as lots of fun odds and ends! Hoping we can make it again next year:)
Just waiting for the parade to start!
Candy!
Cayden loved this football and cow he got--they were his prized possession...he wouldn't put them down!
ISU Bengal Tiger doing some break dancing!
Cayden liked this one!
