Santa and Christmas Dress

So far this year, Kinzie has got to sit on Santa's lap 4 different times (but we only got pics with 3 of them)! Did she like him any of the times??? Nope...not really:)

This was at our ward Christmas Breakfast!

She DID LIKE his jingle bells though!!
This was the Idaho Falls Mall Santa!! Super nice guy:)

This was at my parent's Branch Christmas Party!

She'd had enough:(

We took her to see the Pocatello Mall Santa, and she was very intrigued with his beard and the book he gave her...but only for a few seconds! ha ha. Hopefully in a year or two she'll realize what a nice guy Santa is:)

This is a dress and headband my mom bought for Kinzie!

This is the dress my mom bought last year after Christmas for Kinzie to wear this year (Kinzie wasn't even born yet, but you can't pass up the after-christmas-deals)!

My favorite picture!!! Such a Beauty:)

First Tooth

A couple months ago, Kinzie's first tooth FINALLY popped through the gums. In this picture, you can see the tooth on the right, and then just to the left of it is a white spot--another tooth trying to come up. Today that tooth finally came through the gums. So now she has 2 bottom teeth and one on the top that's on the way!

You can't really see the tooth in this pic, but I just thought she was cute:)
A toothy smile:)

Richard's mom and sister came up a couple weekends ago and brought our Christmas presents. They insisted we open them early (the presents were christmas decorations and they wanted us to be able to display them this year)!

Kinzie got these fun Reindeer slippers and a large stuffed animal..among other things! The slippers have jingle bells on them and she loves to make noise with them!

We are very blessed! Thanks Arlene for the yummy treats and fun presents!

Merry Christmas!

Halloween 2011, part 2

This is a Halloween outfit that her Grandma Stewart got her, and my mom also made the flower!

Gotta love those BiG Blue Eyes!
Kinzie was an adorable FLOWER for Halloween this year!

This one's my favorite:) So Perfect!

Packed up and ready to go to Arbon for Trunk-or-Treating!!

The next morning: tasting the candy....or at least trying to...ha ha

Checking our her loot of candy!

I think Kinzie had a Fun and Successful First Halloween!! Although it was a bit eventful--my brother and his girlfriend got in a rollover accident that night, they were both okay, but his girlfriend had to have surgery on her hand--so after trunk or treating we spent a few hours in the Hospital Waiting Room to keep my bro company while he waited for his girlfriend. Luckily all turned out well:)

Hope all of you had a

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

Halloween 2011, part 1

I'm not a big fan of Halloween, but having Kinzie here to help us celebrate it made it a little more fun this year:)

She was pretty curious about the "stuff" inside of that pumpkin....

...and of course had to touch it!!!
Richard's pumpkin

Richard's pumpkin lit up!!

Grandma Sheri sent Kinzie this 'Happy 1st Halloween' card in the mail:) She loved it!

My sweet Visiting Teacher brought me this...she is so thoughtful and creative:)

This was kinzie's TREAT from Grandma Sheri...she sure does love her crackers!! Thanks mom:)

Eastern Idaho State Fair 2011

The Eastern Idaho State Fair is held at the beginning of September in Blackfoot, ID. We go every year and were super excited to take Kinzie this year! She is a very curious little girl so she enjoyed watching and observing all the people and activities going on.

Her absolute favorite part was the Horse Barn! She loved loved loved the animals. Good thing her favorite Grandpa lives on a farm:)
It was so funny to watch her interact with the horses!

And she was even brave enough to touch them:)

Her and the horse were having a staring contest:) haha

So Cute!!

Can't wait to take her again next year!!

Her other favorite animals are puppies and kitties. She gets SO EXCITED anytime we see one (even if it's just in a book)! I'll have to get some pics of her playing with them...it's adorable!!

Chukars baseball game 2011

Richard is doing his apprenticeship through the Electrical Union. Every year they host a get-together at the Idaho Falls Chukars game. They provide a fun barbeque before the game, as well as tickets to enter the game, and even some Chukar Bucks to use at the concessions! Pretty much they spoil us!!

This year my mom and dad joined us!

I thought Kinzie would be terrified of the mascot...NOPE...she loved him:) Especially his feathers!! She was so content with him holding her!

Can you tell how much she loves her Grandpa?!?!?!?!

Our little family enjoying the game!

I love these two:) They melt my heart!

After the game, they had a special performance. They had some hawaiin and polynesian dancers perform on the field.

Watching these performers make me want to go to the Polynesian Center!

And then for the finale, they had a Fire Dancer/Juggler! He was AmAzInG!!

He was a teenager but started with Fire as a young kid. I can't imagine the number of hours he must have practiced and also the number of times he probably burnt himself. This was the perfect ending to a fun night! (p.s. The Chukars won!)

Before the game, we went to the hotel where my parents were staying and swam in their pool.
