There's a new park in town--Brooklyn's Playground! We had heard it was cool, but we thought we'd better check it out for ourselves...and it was Amazing!! This park has so much more than just the normal (swings, slide, bridge, etc). It has noise makers, handicap swings, padded ground, fenced in, spinny things,castle-like features...lots of fun stuff!!

| Kinzie loves slides. However, it was super hot outside, as was the slide, so we took her down on our laps. She still liked that, and once we'd get to the bottom, she'd point to the top indicating that she wanted to go again! |
Yay for Summer!
We love Brooklyn's Playground too! Looks like you found a good time to go when there was hardly anyone else there! Lucky. We seem to go when it is so busy and sometimes Creighton gets a little trampled by big kids.
ReplyDeleteI liked your branding post. You're right, I wouldn't be too happy either if someone pinned down my baby to burn him :( Sounds like a fun tradition though! I'm a "city girl" and don't know much about that kind of stuff!
